OrderMate provides a complete order entry and submission solution. It's designed for organisations that have a travelling sales team who take orders at the customer's location.
With OrderMate sales staff take and order at the customer's site using a PDA. Once the order is complete (or whenever is convenient) one touch of a button submits the order wirelessly (if available) to the OrderMate server.
Admin staff using a browser can log in to the OrderMate server as frequently as required to retrieve new orders. Or new orders can be emailed to any address automatically when they are submitted. Once retrieved, importing the orders into you accounting system completes the process.
Admin staff can also submit customer and product lists to the server for synchronisation with sales staff PDAs. This means your sales team always have access to the latest customer and product information and entering an order is simply a matter of selecting the appropriate items.
Essentially it is like having your sales staff entering orders directly into your accounting package, with the customer there to verify it. Errors are reduced and turn-around is faster which is better customer service.
